- The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University shall collect some personal data as necessary, such as first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address for issuing receipts, etc., depending on the type of services that you use through the faculty’s website.
- การลงทะเบียนสมัครเข้าร่วมการอบรม ที่ทำผ่านเว็บไซต์ ภายใต้ Domain name “ict.mahidol.ac.th” ของคณะฯ คณะฯ จะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการ และการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์และภารกิจของคณะฯ ภายใต้ขอบเขตของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงรับทราบข่าวสารกิจกรรมและโครงการอบรมของคณะฯ
- When registering to participate in training courses through the website under the domain name "ict.mahidol.ac.th", your personal data shall be used for purposes of providing services and coordination under the objectives and missions of the faculty, and relevant laws. This includes advertising and promoting activities and training courses of the Faculty of ICT.
- คณะฯ จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลที่สาม เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูล หรือเป็นกรณีที่มีกฎหมายกำหนดให้กระทำได้เท่านั้น
- The Faculty of ICT shall not disclose your personal data to any third parties for other purposes unless consent is obtained from the data owner or unless it is permitted by law.

ในระหว่างให้บริการอบรมทุกแพลตฟอร์ม
- จะมีการบันทึกภาพ เสียง คลิปเพื่อเผยแพร่ภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ เนื้อหา ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ บนเว็บไซต์ บนอินเตอร์เน็ต กระดาษข่าวอื่น ๆ ในที่สาธารณะ หรือตามสถานที่ใดๆ เพื่อเป็น สื่อกลาง ในการสื่อสารกับสังคมและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น
- The Faculty of ICT shall record pictures, sounds, and clips for the purpose of disseminating photographs, videos, content, and information on websites, internet, bulletin boards, or other public places as communication media with society and for educational purposes only.
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้เป็นความลับจนกว่าการดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ด้านบริการวิชาการของคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลสิ้นสุดลง
- The personal data shall be kept confidential until the completion of academic service operations in accordance with the objectives of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University.
